What is grounding?

Grounding is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that electrically reconnect you to the earth.

Now I know this may sound a little out there, but believe it or not, the earth gives off electrical charges that leave positive effects on your body!

Have you ever went for a walk and felt so refreshed after breathing some fresh air? That is grounding! This can be important to relieve stress and increase your energy.
