I’m Reece - Integrative Health and Muscle Testing Practitioner

For most of my life, my health was on the backburner. I personally struggled with anxiety/depression and gut dysbiosis.

My healing journey started in Spring of 2021 when I my symptoms were at its peak. My anxiety turned into panic attacks and depressive episodes. My gut dysbiosis was soon to be diagnosed as irritable bowel syndrome. This prompted me to see a GI specialist, who told me the only way I can manage my symptoms was through pharmaceutical medications.

I knew I had to make a change, but I had no idea how. I prayed long and hard, but stopped to listen. God directed me to two places:

1. A Spiritual Life Coach - This is where I started. From this experience, I learned that I was looking for someone/something to save me. I was looking outwards for the answers, but I needed to lean on God for those answers. I’m so thankful for this. We can hold emotions in our bodies that hinder our quest for better health. Although this mindset shift was impactful, it didn’t completely resolve my gut issues (IBS). This is when I took step number two.

2. Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) - NRT is a type of muscle testing that addresses the nervous system and also utilizes applied kinesiology and acupressure points to identify root causes within the body. NRT looks at a variety of stressors within the body that conventional medicine didn’t even address at the time. Those 5 stressors can include foods, immune challenges (bacteria, fungus, viruses, parasites), heavy metals, chemicals, and scars.

Through the life coaching and NRT, I became ADDICTED TO GROWTH! I haven’t stopped since. I have continued my education to and became a Level 1 & 2 Integrative Health Practitioner and also a certified muscle tester through CellCore Biosciences.
