The 3 ways I went from going through the motions everyday to living each day with intention.

We have all gone through the cycle: sleep, eat, work, and repeat. It's time for a change!

I began living each day with intention through implementing these three habits:

1. Waking Up Before "the Rest of the World.

- Waking up at least 2 hours before you go to work gives you the time you need to spend with yourself won't be so anxious during the day.

2. Leaving Work, at Work.

- When I take my lunch break, I take a full BREAK. This means I am given an hour, so I take that hour for myself, even if I am knee deep into my work. The same thing applies when you go home. Leave your work at your desk!

3. Enjoy a Hobby Before Bed

- This could be reading a book, painting your nails, journaling, or anything else that may keep you "in the moment." For me, this is turning on my worship music and researching new things to learn about. Whatever it is, devote time to be IN THE MOMENT!

These are 3 simple habits to implement into your day to live intentionally. They seem difficult to incorporate at first, but once you become mindful of these habits, they become second nature!
